Donald F. Hebert

Don is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Vermont Law School. He also attended the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Vermont Federal District Court. The focus of Don's practice is litigation, including complex probate litigation. He formerly served on the New Hampshire Bar Association Board of Governors as county governor and governor-at-large. He has served on the Boards of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation, New Hampshire Legal Assistance, and the Legal Advice and Referral Center. He continues to serve on a number of Bar Association committees.

Don was the recipient of the Bar Association President’s Award for pro bono service in Grafton County in 1996 and 1997. In 1998 he received the L. Jonathan Ross Award for Outstanding Commitment to Legal Services for the Poor.

In his spare time, Don enjoys flying and is a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor. He is a member of the Henniker Flying Club and serves on the board of the New Hampshire Aviation Historical Society.
